Data Resolution offers two tier of support. This allows us to ensure that all users receive the support they require. Our Tier 1 Support Staff answers general inquiries and support questions between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm PST. When you contact our Help Desk, our Tier 1 Support Staff records your inquiry and attempts to solve the issue.
Complex problems move to our Tier 2 Support Staff. These individuals have a deep understanding of our services and provide support for difficult problems. Our Tier 2 Support Staff answers requests for support via phone or email.
Data Resolution uses a ticketing system to manage requests for support. This ensures our Help Desk answers each inquiry in a timely and efficient manner. We are dedicated to providing each user with the attention and support they require.
